CBS Technologies began in 1971 as Executone installing and maintaining paging systems, intercom systems and nurse call systems in all major hospitals in the New York Area. This hospital base required service 24 hours a day 7 days a week with critical emergency response. Our ability to perform outstanding service in these critical areas allowed us to expand into telecommunications in the early 70's.
We are presently one of the oldest and largest privately held telecommunication companies in the New York Area distributing Nortel, Mitel and Toshiba systems as well as intercom, paging and nurse call systems. We offer cutting edge technology in both voice and data solutions including VOIP.
The company's headquarters is located in the heart of Long Island in a 200,000 square foot free standing building on the service road of the Long Island Expressway. Our New York City office is located on Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Customers are serviced by factory-trained technicians dispatched in our fleet of over 100 trucks. A fully-stocked warehouse, and just-in-time delivery arrangements with our suppliers, assures prompt response.
CBS Technologies is headed by Robert D. Corvalan, President, and Joe Nidzyn, Vice President, who are both resident New Yorkers and have dedicated their lives to this industry.
